I typically don’t review fast food because the whole point of it is to be fast, but they told me their smoothie and fry machine were broken, and proceeded to not apologize. When I ordered something else, they didn’t say anything and just handed me my food…I’m not expecting five star service by any means, but….what do you mean your SMOOTHIE machine?? You mean your blender? And your fry machine??? Like what?
Super bummed that the frappe machine has been down every time I’ve tried to order lately.
