My family and i had the most unpleasant and embarrassing experience yesterday evening at Rosemount Carbones. As me and my daughter get up to go to the restroom. The owner lady walks infront of us with her hands in the air saying No vaping in here take that outside. out loud while people are looking at us. I was in shock! i had no clue what the heck she was talking about i turned around looked at my daughter in disbelief. Mind you we DO NOT VAPE or have ever done that. She noticed our clueless faces and said must be the wrong person. I continued walking to the restroom in total shock of what just had happened. I approached the manager to express my feelings and how disrespectfull and embarrassing that was. She said someone had told her we were vaping! like really!!! why not ask first instead of assume??? SO RUDE OF HER!!! Then she did NOTHING to make it right! have never been treated that way. Extremely unprofessional!!!

The food was good. We did have to send an app back for being overcooked. They made it right! It seemed like it took a long time to get our app the first time, and then our food came shortly after. I understand they were busy. Our server was very nice.

I am new to the area and really have enjoyed my experiences here up until recently unfortunately. I've gotten to know many of the staff names and what not, and I really think they are a wonderful group of people. I'll admit a time or two, I paid a few compliments to certain staff and some other patrons and apparently made a few of them uncomfortable. I have no doubts that this is true, yet it makes me sad since now when I come visit I feel like I'm being judged and have a huge grudge held against me. So over a week ago I stopped in and the bartender didn't feel comfortable serving me, so I walked out. Took a week off, went in after dinner the other night. Same thing. I really want to feel welcomed here as I really love the neighborhood, dining, etc. I just think it's a little unfair that I feel like I may be slightly targeted due to my openness and fluidity. I am a friendly guy, and it's too bad that when other people visit a bar, the option of more open mindedness seems to diminish. I would really love to visit again, but at this point I don't think I can.

Prices are fair and the food is delicious. Highly recommend the ranch sauce.

Says open until 12 but kitchen closes at 9... Weird

I don't know what the deal is. Trying to order pizza there over the phone is like pulling teeth. How hard is it to understand Biscayne? it's a major street in a barely-there town. And there's like 5 of them! kid probably drove on at least two on his way in today! if I could order a pizza and get it delivered I'm sure it would be excellent. Sucks that I can't.

We celebrated family birthdays last night and we had the best service, food, and accommodations for our group of 10. Thanks for a fun night, we will be back ?
