Great coffee! The most delicious bagels! Nice and smiling employees, but always dirty restroom and dirty floors. Sometimes it seems like the place hasn't been cleaned for weeks. Otherwise, it's a good place.

I've gone to this Caribou so many times now and each experience has been amazing. The atmosphere is so cozy, I'm able to enjoy the scenery and focus on work. There are regular seats, but also some single sofas next to a fake fireplace that gives that good warmth in the winter time. The service and food is a delight. The staff there are always so helpful with anything I might need. I don't feel afraid or anything to ask a question or two. The food and drinks there are so good, I typically just get the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, but I'm sure all their drinks are a 10/10!

Asked for a matcha lavender cooler and didn't get the lavender, and it had lots of ice chunks. Definitely disappointed. Went through drive through. Did not want to go back.

I ordered a white mocha. The drink was very good but tasted more like a milk chocolate mocha. This has happened the last few times. Did you change your white chocolate syrup?

I got a white campfire mocha cooler and throughout the whole drink there's a bunch of coffee grounds in it :( plus it just taste like maple .... this has never happened to me before at any other caribou... there employees are very sweet but the drinks the last 3 times I've been her has not been too good sadly.
Lydia is awesome! She always has the brightest smile on her face and lights up my day when I go to grab my morning coffee. Not to mention, she makes my drink perfect every time. She is the best. Thank you Caribou and Lydia!

Today I was insulted at a Caribou across from Cub grocery in Apple Valley. My husband and I went thru the drive up and ordered two Iced Vanilla lattes large…and two pieces of cinnamon bread. 19.00 paid and said thank you… I have bought coffee at Caribou for years. I drove and parked because we were waiting to get a prescription filled. Tasted the Coffee and no vanilla. This is the second time at this Caribou. I drove back thru and told the young woman and she said we will replace both as my husbands was without vanilla. She then told me “if you aren’t happy with Caribou I suggest you find another coffee type. I almost fell out of my car….she said it and looked at her friend next to her and laughed ar us. I have been drinking Caribou for years. And never have been told not to come back! She was probably 25 and had pink and green hair….i am a professional woman and I know Caribou does not treat their customers like that!

The manager here hates veterans and decided to throw away memorial pictures that were hanging up regarding two long standing veteran customers that had passed. YES I DID SAY THROW AWAY!! They didn’t even try to give the photos back to friends and family. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
