Great coffee! The most delicious bagels! Nice and smiling employees, but always dirty restroom and dirty floors. Sometimes it seems like the place hasn't been cleaned for weeks. Otherwise, it's a good place.

I've gone to this Caribou so many times now and each experience has been amazing. The atmosphere is so cozy, I'm able to enjoy the scenery and focus on work. There are regular seats, but also some single sofas next to a fake fireplace that gives that good warmth in the winter time. The service and food is a delight. The staff there are always so helpful with anything I might need. I don't feel afraid or anything to ask a question or two. The food and drinks there are so good, I typically just get the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, but I'm sure all their drinks are a 10/10!
Asked for a matcha lavender cooler and didn't get the lavender, and it had lots of ice chunks. Definitely disappointed. Went through drive through. Did not want to go back.

I ordered a white mocha. The drink was very good but tasted more like a milk chocolate mocha. This has happened the last few times. Did you change your white chocolate syrup?

I got a white campfire mocha cooler and throughout the whole drink there's a bunch of coffee grounds in it :( plus it just taste like maple .... this has never happened to me before at any other caribou... there employees are very sweet but the drinks the last 3 times I've been her has not been too good sadly.
