I ordered my tacos online and expected to get what I ordered. Boy, was I wrong! Chipotle has gone down in quality since 2015. I ordered online through the app and I got a deconstructed mess of my tacos and didn't the cripsy shells that I ordered with 0 explanation. I have a gluten intorance and it messes with me and to get flour instead of corn tortillas is a insult. I asked one of the employees and didn't make any sort of explanation. Will not be chosing this location again.

I’m posting this here because yesterday I got a chicken burrito around lunch time. Late last night I started feeling very sick. Cramps and lots of trips to the bathroom. Since it was the only thing I ate yesterday I guess that’s where I got it from. Be careful when you eat at this place.

Consistently the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every time I go here, the employees just have the absolute worst attitude about EVERYTHING. I shouldn’t have to ask 3 times for extra rice and still only get 1 scoop of it. Not to mention the absolute horror show that is waiting in line for them to refill just about everything. If you’re looking for something quick and somewhat tasty in Rosemount, go somewhere else. This is not the move.

10/10 would not recommend Rosemount Chipotle. I keep going back hoping it will be better and it never is. Ordered delivery today-my bowl didn’t have any fajitas in it, my husbands bowl had 3 pieces of steak and no queso. When you go in store, they’re always packing stuff away by 8pm so the food is always cold and you get small portions. The quality of food at this location is just not good.

I love Chipotle, I really do. But again today this location failed. Ordered 3 bowls and all three of them were missing ingredients. Ordering on line, while convenient often leads to missing items. Its also frustrating that you cant reach a person to talk to by calling the location and they refer you to the website to talk to a computer.
