The worst experience I’ve ever had, not at any fast food restaurant, but at any store I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Avoid this place like the plague and never shop at Culver’s again in your entire life if you value your sanity

Tried to get the concrete mixer cereal flight they had a sign for it out front, and could tell right away it was rang up wrong and wasn’t what I wanted. When I tried to say something at the window she immediately said she knew what I was talking about and 5 minutes later I got one ice cream with all three flavors mixed together, complete disappointment. That old lady in the drive through tonight should learn some manners.

I'm disappointed to see the restaurant owner's response to a customer's post. Instead of reaching out to resolve the issue, the owner directed the customer to contact corporate. As a loyal customer, I believe it's essential for owners to engage with their customers and show that they value their feedback. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider our company's relationship with the restaurant. Perhaps a more personal approach would improve customer satisfaction.

I've been coming to this place for years, and I sent my son to get me a meal for our family As usual, but tonight it was horrible. I got a grilled chicken. Grilled chicken was basically dog food. It was not tender. The skin was hard like it's just been sitting in a pan or maybe a heat lamp or something. It was horrible. The fries were overcooked and brown. Not golden but literally Brown like sand. I ordered onions for my chili and normally they come chopped up in a little container. But instead I got a box that they put chicken fingers in with raw onions. Unbelievable! Just because it was 40 minutes to close. I would think I would get the same service if I came in the middle of the day.

Great Service and quality keeps us coming back. We stopped for a snack after a cinema movie before heading home. My wife and I shared some fries & onion rings (freshly fried, served hot). Callie welcomed us and was helpful as she took our order. She later delivered the order to our table wishing us well. These are the reasons we like stopping at Culver's!
