We have been enjoying Fuji Sushi in Rosemount for years now. All of the ingredients are amazingly fresh and provide for an amazing taste and dining experience. I have become addicted to their sushi. Not a place you’d sit at but absolutely perfect for take-out when you want a sushi night at home. They have fair prices and their lunch specials are unbeatable to be honest. 3 salmon rolls for like $12 after tax is crazy. The staff/owners are always very nice when I come in. For the price it’s a 10/10.

The service is always friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere each visit. Whether I’m craving their simple delicious rolls or one of their inventive specialty rolls, Fuji Sushi consistently delivers an outstanding experience.
