My local j mikes, they make it the perfect amount of wetness and have the best service of any place I’ve ever been to. Each bite is perfect, the only bad part is finishing the sandwich. Service is so good they memorized my sandwich, when I switched up the ingredients I got looked at like a mad man. Every time I’m here I have a deep convo with the worker. But once again the best sandwiches ever and they are wet.

I really want to like this location because it’s the closest one to my house, but I just can’t do it anymore. They absolutely drown every sandwich in juice. I’ve had multiple times where my paper around the sandwich is literally dripping when I open it. This also leads to the bread getting soggy and gross. I’ve had better luck with the Eagan locations. Also, this trip they forgot to put one of my sandwiches in the bag, so my son got no lunch as I didn’t have time to drive back. This was an in store order as well- so I didn’t think I needed to check the bag. I was even there long enough after I paid to fill three drinks and get chips but apparently none of the 5 people behind the counter noticed the random sandwich they just never gave me. They do, do a good job with gluten free subs as I have a daughter with Celiac. Jersey Mike’s is one of the few places she can eat safely and this store generally does well with taking the proper precautions.

I have to say, I ordered a sub in a tub on my app 2 days ago & it was the best one I have ever had! It was huge! I wish I'd taken a picture. It took me 3 meals to eat & everything about it was perfect! Thanks to my local Jersey Mike's! You guys are great!

Come here all the time and it’s always great but on 2/22 I came in and I was so surprised. I’ve never seen people have such fun while also working hard. The employees were funny and had amazing service.
Online order said 20 minutes, got to store in 17 minutes and waited 15 minutes while walk ins got grilled food like mine before me. Bread was dry and so was meat.

whoever was on the grill tn and made my G42 extra cheese around 5:50 pm Thursday the 18th absolutely killed it’s also the employee who would not let a customer go unspoken too coodos to you. definitely recommend eating here at 5:50 pm on thursday.

We’re from california and our son had a hockey tournament on Sunday (11/12), after our game we stopped in to grab an early dinner and our sandwiches were very soggy by the time we ate them, and their was barely any meat, and we were a dine in how could our sandwiches be that soggy. I was confused because we were watching him slice the meat and you could tell he didn’t really care. Honestly I think he tried to make small talk to distract me. Either way, no meat, soggy, sub par customer service, definitely not a location of high standards.
