Good beer options, but early hours for a Friday night

Really wanted to love this place. The beer is great and location awesome! Staff is indifferent. Been there several times and it’s always the same. Go up to the counter and the person just stares at you. Not friendly at all. Why is there a surcharge for health benefits? I’m guessing the only full time employees are the brewers who never come out and greet people. And, the worst is the acoustics. You can’t have a decent conversation. Have left many times because of this. The food is average and expensive. I loved the cheese curds but they went away. Please, please make some changes. We live close by and would love to come more often. Sadly, we have told our friends the situation and many don’t go because of our experiences.

North 20 Brewing is such a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.
The IPA is crisp and flavorful, the seltzer is refreshing, and the blackberry bramble is smooth and delicious. They even have some food options, which is a nice bonus since most breweries do not.
The setting is hard to beat. It is in a quiet area with a beautiful, picturesque view of the valley and surrounding woods. The huge outdoor patio is perfect for soaking in the scenery and is dog friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friends along.
It is the kind of place where you can sit back, enjoy the view, and lose track of time in the best way possible.

While the hazy IPA was a decent enough beer for a newer brewery I felt that the price tag for one pint ,a glass of Minnesota wine for my wife and a few mozzarella sticks of nearly $26 was way out of line for the type of place this is. The fact that they take and keep your credit card while having an open tab made me feel terribly uncomfortable with it’s security. One trip for me is enough for me.

This is my favorite brewery! They have awesome beer, the best staff and the most amazing family running the place. It’s sitting on a beautiful piece of land that they have sledding parties, awesome live music, and so much more! Highly recommend going here!!

So much to love about North 20 Brewing. Jordan and Christian are very good at their craft. The Kölsch was the best I’ve had anywhere.
The setting is outstanding. Both the inside and the patio have great vibes. The staff has been welcoming and friendly every time we’ve been here. On our most recent trip, we had 6 Snow Geese fly from the bottom of the field overhead trumpeting as they flew over. Very cool. Great outdoor space for the kids, as well.
Super happy to see the brewery packed with happy adults and kids of all ages. Way to go.
If it’s fall this is an incredible place, football, food and a view. The beer is great and the staff is knowledgeable.
