I ordered the cheese fruit protein box . They gave me one that expired the same day. (Order ahead drive thru) so I’m taking care of my brother-in-law, my hands are full, I’m in the car, So I can’t eat my box while driving obviously. and then I get all the way home and start eating and it taste funky. Cheese is super bad and apples taste gross, crackers are even kinda stale. So I Checked the date and it expired today. 7/22. Grapes are all mushed up also, plus it’s missing some of the cheese?? So I call the store asking for a refund and they tell me they can’t do it over the phone and I have to come in. In what world am I gonna drive all the way back to Starbucks with this box, expired cheese and fruit in my car on a 90 degree day?? Uh no. Just so gross and I’m also extremely busy. lol just a joke. I wouldn’t consider myself the type to leave bad reviews. This is just insane. I am not blaming the employees whatsoever - they do amazing- I’m just mad at Starbucks as a whole. Do better.

Staff is always friendly however on multiple occasions when I recieve my hot venti macchiato drink there is less than a grande worth in the cup and the rest is about 4 inches of foam. Had I wanted a grande I would have ordered it

It was extremely busy when we went but I was very pleased with how calm everyone was. They kept ensuring us our order was being made and even though I did a mobile order after we had got in the store it was out fairly quickly. Very very impressed with the class and I’m sure it was overwhelming but yall did great! Good job to the entire team that was there!!

It was so nice to walk in for my mobile order and have someone confirm the order with me before I took it. I always worry that someone will accidentally or purposely take my order before I get there so it was nice to have someone making sure that doesn’t happen.

Don’t expect your mobile order to be ready when they say it will be ready by. It’s always inconsistent and we have been here waiting for 20+ minutes for a black coffee. Drive the line was long but during the time we were waiting in store for pick up the long drive thru went empty twice. Yet here I am still waiting for a coffee that’s supposed to be fast and convenient for 20+ minutes for a mobile order that should have been done a long time ago. Stupid of me for wasting my money and time here. Could have brewed myself a damn coffee and finished it from home at this rate.

I was going every morning— David was nice but the employees never made the coffee right consistently, would treat me differently if I didn’t tip. I stopped going to this location. They seemed miserable.
