I definitely enjoy a Subway sandwich, but this particular location definitely uses the term “sandwich artists” VERY LOOSELY. We ordered three subs and ate in the restaurant. I’m not sure any of the three staff members smiled the entire time, and I’m pretty confident they would rather be anywhere but here. The sandwiches were sadly topped with the fewest number of each topping item possible. Seriously. And all in a relatively impressive stack…in the center of the sandwich. SMH. I’d recommend they go back to Subway school and review a few key points about style and service.

Went to subway had only $50 on me go 2 subs. Was ready to pay. They said we don't take 50s or 100. Ask me to go next door to change my bill. That's just so ridiculous. Ask them they should post a sign where customer can see so they know not to come in using 50s or 100 bills. They said we have it post but, it was nowhere to be found. I looked. Not going there ever. First and only time.

Seems like the subs have gotten significantly smaller. If I pre-order it's like a 4in sub with minimal veggies. The price went up and the amount went down.

I rate this entire establishment 1 star, for the following reasons
1-when I asked for extra cheese they immediately started putting the wrong kind as they gave me no time to tell them , I had to yell (either it wasto loud or they were not paying attention)3 times to get them to stop( I didn't want more cheese whiz)
2- when I got my pop the machine choked n sputtered n spit what I assume was mold into my cup ( easy fix , I got a new pop)
3- when I tried to eat my sandwich in my vehicle less then 5 minutes later it was bone cold after specificly asking for it to be toasted
4- when I tried to get the manager to just give me a gift card for something near the price of the sandwich, I was told they could remake me a sandwich ( that I'm clearly worried is not up to health standards) or I could buy a new sandwich
I'll never come to this location again.... I may never give subway anywhere another chance....

Mobile ordered a cheesesteak (extra cheese) and a grilled chicken sandwich and I'm not a fan of toasted subs. I like the bread soft. Just be warned if you don't order a sandwich that is supposed to be HOT "toasted" you'll get an ice cold cheesesteak or cold grilled chicken sandwich. Got home and was pretty surprised. Called the store and the guy said he just reads the ticket and makes the sandwich then lied and said there is a button to press to make the meat "hot". Thats not true. I know it and he knows it. Anyway I thought it was common sense. Nobody wants a cold cheesesteak... C'mon man. $14 in the trash.

We had an absolute awful experience at this Subway twice in a row now.Yesterday, I ordered a footlong steak egg & cheese on Italian Herb and cheese bread and receieved a 6 inch flatbread, which I didn't catch until after we left. So I paid more for half the sandwich. That sucks, but oh well.Today, three of us stopped in. I ordered the same thing as yesterday and received it on flatbread again. This time, we caught it and went in to get it corrected. The kid at the counter doubled down and told us "his receipt does not show us we chose a different bread" (we showed him where it did... he handed us his copy of the receipt). When we showed him where it said Italian Herbs and Cheese, he claimed it still didn't see where it said anything else. The option was literally right where it shows what add one we want. We showed him on his copy of the receipt, our copy of the receipt, and on my mobile order receipt.A woman came out from the back and sided with the kid despite all three of us pointing out the discrepancy. We just wanted our correct sandwich.Finally after a needless argument, they remake it.We get to our store and now realize that not only did that sandwich get messed up, but they also got BOTH of other sandwiches my coworkers ordered incorrect (for a total of THREE wrong sandwiches). They also gave me the wrong chips, AND they forgot the orange juice I ordered! So now I'm out the money for the drink, got the wrong chips, and spent 15 minutes arguing with the two employees who told us that we ordered flatbread when three different receipts all said "Italian Herbs and Cheese"I didn't have this issue when the other gentleman was working. Both times we went in with the bread issues it was the same kid. Usually we have a great experience here. The first time, although it sucks, I understand a mistake was made. Today was another story. I hope they can correct the issue.
