Checked this place out yesterday and I am glad we stopped! The moment we walked into the door we were greeted by the friendly owners and seated immediately. The guy who seated us was extremely kind and answered any and all questions that we had when it came to the menu! Love the large selection of items to choose from on the menu! And loved all of the recommendations. We tried the wings which were outstanding and had tons of flavor!!! Also went with the Bao buns in the bulgogi flavor and they were a 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have eaten at the Roseville location a few times with my wife and kids, last time I ordered one item to go, I got there, handed my credit card signed the slip and left, after a pending charge for the right amount for three days a charge for an inflated amount got posted to my account, someone altered my credit card slip and added a higher amount than I signed for, I called and asked for a manager for 2 days, I than drove and asked for a manager, later that day I get a call from a person that told me we will refund the overcharge on your card and forget the whole thing, I proceeded to ask his affiliation with the business and to my surprise he is just a friend of a couple of the workers is all. I have given them a chance to have the owner reach out to me but they have not done so, IE there is my review, as a resident of this town for almost 50 years I never worried about a local business doing something like this until now. I am unhappy that they handed my phone number to one of their friends, I will be taking extra steps and going further in regards to this unacceptable credit card incident.

Few things… when the drum sticks are smaller then the wings they shouldn’t be in the menu and be more. You mine as well toss them in the wing catergory. The other thing is when I asked for wings and drums and for the wings to be ine flavor and drums another the lady said we can only do half and half meaning half the drums and half the wings will be one sauce. How hard is it really to seperate wings and drums when normally they are cooked separately due to cook times… idk if they do it but thats the norm. Last part that bothered me is I ordered seasoned zuchini and asked is there a sauce that comes with it. She said spicy mayo. I said can I get the cucumber sauce instead and instead was charged $2 for a sauce that should cost $.30 instead of them swapping it out. Also why is Japchae, which is mostly noodles, $15 if you barely get any. Look at the photos for the amount and also for the wing/drum stick size

Went to eat at Bonchon in Roseville this past weekend and was not impressed by the service. My family and I waited over an hour for our food, which would not have been an issue had the restaurant been busy or had someone communicated with us. Several parties came after us and received their food first.
Our waiter was incompetent and provided minimal service beyond taking our order. He didn't bother to check in, refill our drinks or provide an update/apology for the wait/delay. We eventually had to flag down the hostess to check in on our order but even that was a mess.
Overall it was just a negative experience. If anyone plans to eat at Bonchon in MN, I’d recommend trying another location.

It did appear to be under construction during the time I was there, I buldak and a Dr Pepper. It tasted great! Service was great, I would go again.

The food was great but the only thing there chicken wings are so big and they are not getting properly cooked all the way all the legs I had was still raw I was not satisfied by that I Ordered on door dash I had spicy fried rice was Great Korean bbq wings I didn’t get to enjoy.

Used to like this place. Ordered boneless wings, they used to make them in house. Received frozen popcorn chicken barely covered in sauce. Hot garbage. super disappointed and won't be coming back.
I love eating here they have the best chicken I've ever had so juicy and crispy every time and the seasoned fries and pork belly bao buns are amazing I also love getting the bulgogi fries and the chicken katsu and I love how they have recipe videos playing on their tvs to watch and enjoy
