I’ve lived in the area for years and decided to give Szechuan a try tonight. I ordered takeout and was happily surprised by the large portions. The sesame chicken is delicious and I would have it again! I definitely will be going back and recommending Szechuan to friends and family.
We ordered online for pickup — easy and fast. We got a few items: boiled beef in Szechwan sauce, mapo tofu, and the house special beef chow fun. The dishes were nicely portioned, but the flavors didn’t really hit us. The spiciness wasn’t quite there either. But friendly atmosphere and staff.
The food was amazing!! The flavors were rich, so it was nice to get a side of fluffy steamed rice on the side. The portions are amazing, I had to get a to-go box. Our server was kind. I really wish this place was busier because it really is delicious and decently priced! We went on a Sunday at noon and no one was there! I got the sesame and my fiance got the sweet and sour pork
