I only received two of the three items I ordered and 3 calls went unanswered when I tried to let them know. No one picked up and they didn't even have message option. Not convenient to go back to make my complaint or get what I paid for.
I prefer to get BK burgers than McD's a block away but its customer service sucks. They mean well but seem to be understaffed as driving thru is very time consuming. Nothing is ready when you get to the window and many times you have to wait 3-5 minutes.Also, I have trouble ordering because of the heavy accents of the staff and their inability to understand what I am saying.......back and forth, back and forth. they also don't understand what "hold the mayo" means as that results...read full review
