KFC in Roseville had excellent service today! I was very impressed at their kindness and swiftly filling order.
The only complaint is the order of cookies was not within our order and of course we hadn't noticed until we were back home.
I suggest orders like cookies should always be sitting out on counter as you fill the oder with all other contents.
We had one unhappy boy!

A fast and quick family meal pick up for my family.
Please give Kang a raise! That girl is always running this location like the navy. Chicken is fire too

KFC offers a variety of options, but some customers have mixed feelings about their experience. The boneless saucy wings were found lacking in flavor by some. One reviewer mentioned the atmosphere has changed from when it used to be a buffet, noting that management often seems irritated and that tables were dirty. However, there have been positive experiences as well, with one customer praising the excellent service from Ty at the kiosk, who was helpful and cheerful during their visits. A price increase on the chicken sandwich has been noted, with the quality not meeting expectations. The new Nashville hot tenders received feedback for being hot in temperature but lacking in pronounced seasoning and swimming in oil. Despite some mixed reviews, KFC remains a chain restaurant with typical fast-food offerings, leaving some customers unsure about returning due to recent substandard experiences.
