Drive through was quick and painless.That was my review from a while ago. This last visit on 12April24 was very disappointing. They didn't have original so I had to take extra crispy. Although it was fresh and hot, it was very bland, no spices, not the colonel's recipe; no flavor. Grocery store drli chicken is better. Also, I had to wait, about 10 minutes to order, 5 to pay and 15 to 20 for the food. Moreover the mashed potatoes were also flavorless and the Dr. Pepper was flat and watered down. They were short staffed and had a newbie according to the friendly employee who brought my order to the car.A fluke bad experience I'm guessing. I'll go back because KFC is still better than Chick filet or Popeyes, 2 places I'll never go back to because the experience was worse.

The worst KFC we've ever stopped at. Drive thru customer service was horrible, and we were the only car. Would've understood if they were busy but they weren't. The worker needs more training on greeting and just taking order. Plus, what other KFC stuffs the biscuits in with the chickens? None.

I first went to KFC in burnsville mn tonight the smell of old oil made me wanted to throw up I had brought a 2 piece meal 2 weeks prior did not taste like KFC I couldn't eat it then tonight I went to egan mn KFC I could smell the old grease not as bad as KFC in burnsville so I took a chance Order a 2 piece meal and 2 breast and fries Huge Mistake the thigh was not done all the way the Mac an cheese not KFC I do not want a free meal I do believe the Mangers need to be retrained I know KFC food so Disappointed
