“I saw a woman the other day eating these beautiful looking egg rolls in Mears Park so I asked her where she got them and here I am eating them now. Actually I had the egg roll rice vermicelli salad. All I can say is they were worth the trek of several blocks and the prices are insanely inexpensive compared to other Asian restaurants. The staff was so nice but this salad is so very fresh and the taste is incredible. The food that was at the buffet line looked incredible as well. I will definitely be back!!!“

“Loved the food. Best eggrolls I have ever head. And the wonton soup was so comforting on a cold wet day. The women who took my order and rang me out was friendly. She was very thankful for my business and when I paid and tipped in cash she gave me a chocolate truffle as a thank you. I will be returning to the place to try more food. The inside of the restaurant could use a little work in my opinion and I should have asked for the prices and receipt but it wasn’t a big deal for a small first time order“

“China One is one of the few restaurants that accommodate my low sodium diet, which has made my taste buds more sensitive to salt. Order from the healthy menu, because the sauce comes on the side. Thus, you get to decide how little or how much to use. It's good sauce, but a few small spoonfuls are enough for me.

“My husband and I took our two grandkids (5 and 2) out for dinner for the 5 year old's birthday. The staff was helpful suggesting kids portions. They even gave us frosted fortune cookies. A perfect night.

The atmosphere is covid-era take-out with a big plexiglass barrier in front of the cashier and a room full of abandoned tables & chairs. But who cares, it's take-out and they let you sit and wait inside. It's on an interesting block so worth going for a stroll while waiting.

“Food was hot and fresh from the kitchen. Service is "buffet" style behind a glass shield. You tell the associate what you want and they dish it up for you. They give ample portions and ask if your plate looks good, if yes you move down the line and pay, if not they add what you want more of. Prices are reasonable and associates were very polite! Love their lemon chicken, and the best Asian noodles in town. We always stop here when in St Paul!

“This was my first time coming here because I just moved here recently. I ordered some chicken fried rice, chicken lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, and egg foo yung. The food was so good, fresh, and reasonable compared to other restaurants. The front desk lady is so kind and welcoming. The service is really good and didn't take long for my order. I strongly recommend this place and I definitely will come back.“

“The wonton noodle soup, with the chili oil, is out of this world. By and far my favorite soup in the cities. Great array of textures, savor and spice, and the perfect amount of food.
