Amy walked a customer (very slowly and carefully), along with his order to his truck, which was waiting in the handicap parking spot outside of the restaurant. She placed the food on the passenger side. They chatted a couple minutes and then she helped him into his truck. I had to go into the restaurant to thank her for her kindness. I will be a regular customer from now on. Faith in humanity restored!!“

“I get delivery from New Fresh Wok often. I live about 5 blocks away and they get here in about 10-15 min every time. For only $1! (Since I am very close). Super hot, super fresh. Super fast. And you can’t beat the pricing or wide variety of options. I just wish they were open later!“

Good amount of toppings to add and just overall perfectly satisfying. I always know that my pho will be amazing every single time I order it, and it also travels extremely well when I take it home to enjoy! They also make a Thai tea that is absolutely insane. They brew the tea themselves, not the powder, and you can taste the difference. It’s my “at least once a week” meal that I enjoy, and it’s my comfort food I just love. You would be doing yourself a huge favor to come and see what all the talk is about!“

“Really enjoyed our food here. The egg rolls have a perfect density and flavor, not a brick of meat and not so light that they fall apart, the skin is perfectly crispy. The pho broth was delicious, I’ve had many pho bowls in the twin cities, this one was uniquely flavored with generous black pepper and it honestly adds a great light spice and depth to the soup. My partner got the orange chicken lunch special, that too was delicious. Great fresh ingredients, lovely tangy flavor. Though it’s out of our way from home we are highly considering going back again because of the lovely experience.“

“Fiancé ran over to get some take out. I asked for the steamed veggies/white rice from the diet menu. He knows I don't like mushrooms, so he asked if the dish had them. It does, but they prepared an order without them for me. Those veggies were WONDERFUL, and the white rice was perfect--(NOT all dried out, like some places). The sauce that was included may have been for the veggies, or may have been for fiancé's order of beef w/peapods and mushrooms...either way, there was plenty; and it was wonderful on my rice and veggies! “This place has still got it. Very hole-in-the-wall vibes, but the pho is the best I've found in Minneapolis and the burbs. Bun with pork and spring rolls (#46) is also very good, and don't sleep on the VN Wings! They are not an appetizer as much as they are a hearty side. The flavor is intensely good, so if you have a sensitive pallete, they may be too much for you.

The owner is kind and helpful, and the rest of the family is pretty great, too.

The Vietnamese side of the menu is really where they shine, so pass on your orange chicken and get some pho or something.“

“Visited the Golden Valley, MN location after a busy day. We didn’t realized they closed at 8:30 pm. There was a staff that was taking out the trash. Even though he said they were closed he still went above and beyond and served us. We were so grateful and appreciative of this incredible kindness and customer service!“

“This is a strictly take out/ delivery place so there is no dine in option. The storefront is purely functional and serves as semi storage for restaurant materials. That said, the food is good. I had a bad experience here maybe 12 years ago but it has clearly changed ownership and chefs since then. The food here is SOLID for that nostalgic American Chinese food! The hot and sour soup is epitome of what it should be (I was raised in my parents’ Chinese restaurants so I know) and the fried wing appetizers are terrific. My kids are obsessed. We also always get General Tso’s Chicken which every kid loves. I’ve also enjoyed Singapore noodles and Indonesian fried chicken ice here. Super glad to have a decent Chinese takeout in my neighborhood!“

We live 35 minutes south of Mpls and this is the only Chinese takeout my family will have cuz they’re that GOOD!!!
Fresh, Real Chix breast chunks and a delicious sauce combined to make the most consistent dish we’ve ever had.
Will continue to enjoy when coming to the cities.
