“My mom just moved to the area and we were trying to find a new Chinese place in the area. We gave No1 New China a shot and boy were we happy!
Very delicious food, they forgot 1 of our meals and called me to let me know (I was a bit frustrated, BUT I let my frustration go due to the fact that they were pretty busy)
I also love that they are MSG free!
We will definitely be back!

“Quick and fast Chinese. Don't take offense if the person taking your order is short and precise. They are running well oiled machine to it's maximum power and cannot deal with the pleasantries. Don't get me wrong they say thank you and they have never been disrespectful to me. They are #1 Chinese spot in WSP. Don't forget the cream cheese wontons and the double cooked pork. 😙🤌“

“DoorDash messed up and delivered my order to someone else and they didn’t want to issue me a refund or have another dasher deliver my food. They had me call the restaurant .

I told the manager at panda what happened and he was very understanding and even though it was DoorDashes fault he is remaking the food for my family.

That is amazing cuz door dash wanted to take my money and I was gonna have to repay but thanks to Panda and their staff I will be taken care of. This is what customer service is and next time I will just send an employee of mine to go personally since Panda is way better than dealing with DoorDash.
