not sure how facebook rates and put 4/6 but it's a 6 no doubt !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ lived in the neighborhood for many years until 2015, Bills is a staple in the neighborhood with the BEST take out anywhere in mpls ! FRESH cut veggies, HUGE portions white meat chicken, super tasty, clean, friendly can't say enough! the SZECHUAN chicken is to die for ! fried rice yummo ! it's worth the travel from downtown. tried many others... nothing...read full review
