If I can give a zero, then this place deserves a zero star. Completely useless, even the workers are completely lost. What a waste of space.

Something in the restaurant smells like death. I mean actual decomposition, like there is something literally dead and rotting in there that they haven't cleaned up. I've smelled it near the soda machine and trash cans, but the odor seems to waft around the restaurant.
The first time I came and smelled it was at the end of a hot day, and the trash seemed full, so I (foolishly) chalked it up to the place being busy and not taking the trash out yet. The second time it was much more pronounced, and I decided not to return my business because I am concerned about the standards of cleanliness here.

This is the worst burger king place in Minnesota, they barely speak English and still cus out people specifically the lady works second shift.

They need to change their fryer grease. My hash browns just now tasted like the French toast sticks. It's like the batter of the French toast sticks was still left in the grease when they made my potatoes. Not a good flavor!
Also please give out at least one napkin per to go order.
I rated it only two stars for atmosphere because when I was at the drive-thru just now there were a couple employees clowning around standing right behind my car for some reason. It looked like they were attempting to fix some kind of hose that's attached to the outside of the building or something. But they were so close behind my car that I was afraid that they were going to get hurt. There was also another car behind them... Otherwise it wasn't very busy. They could have waited until the cars were out of the drive-thru to fix whatever they were fixing.
Zero Stars if I could. All I wanted was three items this morning and I had to repeat myself four times per item and still had not completed my order because the guy could not understand English. I went to a different Burger King the guy had a thick accent there as well but I didn't have to repeat anything for him to understand my order. But I guess that's why your Burger King was dead this morning. Good luck staying in business with that.

Had to give order 5 times. I don’t think they understand English. Meal the burger put so much salt on it…if. I didn’t know better I believe they did it on purpose. Never going back to this Burger King again. Bad customer service and horrible food.

When the kids ask the question of their fast food options and fries are the answer - it's always a quick stop with superior results. Whenever we're in the neighborhood, wherever that neighborhood is, it's high time for frytime the Burger King way!
