This restaurant is beyond filthy, none of the tables were clean, we had to ask for a towel, the pop machine was dirty and had no ice, none of the workers speak English so was hard to communicate with them about issues. I posted pics of the food and those should speak for themselves. This was by far the worst experience ever at a burger king.

Orders are consistently incorrect and missing items. Today, I'm eating on the go, not peak hours, and I ordered online, my sandwich with BBQ and cut in half. At the drive thru window they had me pull over and wait. They threw BBQ in the bag and not cut in half. The cheeseburger in the happy meal was not what I ordered. Had onion rings on it. What was I waiting for? Then, I had go inside and get a knife so I could finish preparing the food in the car. Is it really that hard to work at burger king? When you literally have 1 customer?

The only thing that's good is the food. That's when it gets to you! Temperature in the store feels like it's 65 degrees, there's only 1 person working the front and drive through. There's only one person working in the back cooking. It takes forever to get your food. The pop machine in the dining area is out of order. They got our order wrong! Had to wait another 5 minutes for our sandwiches! And be careful when you're stepping out of your car, they don't salt the lot, the lot is really icy. I will not be coming back to this bk! I taste everything at a 1.

The Hispanic lady working the 2nd window didn't know what Splenda is. She slammed the window because she didn't understand, her coworker a Hispanic male came and yelled at my husband saying they don't serve spenda for coffee. He stared my husband down like he wanted to fight. Owner you need to teach your employees customer service and teach them the difference between sugar and Splenda. Went at 9:30pm on 11/29 and got 4 things; 3 chicken jrs and a small fry. Waited about 7 minutes and got my food but never got my fries (user error, should’ve checked the bag before leaving but it was snowing hard out). Tried to call the number on the receipt and it’s not even the number listed correctly on google! And the phone kept ringing and ringing and ringing and NOTHING! What a waste of $$. I won’t be going back.

Very impressed with this location. I don't come often but everytime it's been good. On Nov 21st around 1:30 I had the crispy onion Whopper and it was made very well, a monster of a burger. Staff who prepared and served it did a great job and treated me well.
Huge improvement over that other location at off Snelling in Roseville which is such a worse spot. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to come here from now on.

Ordered a 16 piece nugget and a shake via the drive-thru. After paying and receiving my shake I was told to pull around to the front. After waiting around 20 minutes or so I walked up to the cashier inside to find out my order has been just sitting there and was literally 'forgotten about'. Horrible customer service.
