I’ve been to this Burger King a few times now and this is literally the best fast food service I’ve ever had. They give me crowns all of the time and are so sweet. On top of that, they ask me if I want ice or no ice, and made sure our food was extra fresh and the person who said that was the one who brought it out. Give that man a raise, everyone at this Burger King are both the kings and queens of food service.

After trying to eat one of the Whoppers because I haven't eaten there in such a long time, it was a waste of my time. The burger was cold, and it would look at the little pink they had my sandwich so sloppy looking like I just threw it together! A lot of these restaurants need to be shut down and this is one of them

The best BK I have been to! I went to the one by my house in White Bear Lake and my whopper is ALWAYS cold. I stopped going because of that. I have been here alot because everytime I go my burger and fries are the freshest and warmest I have ever had at any other BK.

I come in the mornings and afternoon, in the mornings I’m always being treated with good customer service, the lady who usually does the drive thrus in the morning always is nice and friendly and makes me laugh. she makes sure to tell me to have a great day and be safe and offers me a crown. In the afternoons it’s a teenager who takes my orders and is always super efficient and always willing to listen, the teenager is friendly and always greets me as well. This is why it deserves 5 stars.

Every time I stop at this one. Because it's always super hot and looks like the photo I sent.This place is awesome.
Ordered 4 snack wraps through the drive thru. Food quality was terrible. Went inside to get a refund and was just told NO from the manager himself...nothing else. May be an easy stop off of 35W, but certainly not a place to stop and eat. Hope to see this BK shut down or revitalized soon.

One star is too much for this independent BK franchise. Ordered an Impossible Whopper Meal, cheese sticks and a shake. I got my shake, onion rings, two individually wrapped chicken taco things, and some thing that looks like Mac and cheese bites. No receipt given and no one is picking up the phone. Would rather have spoken to a manager rather than writing this review. The red flag should've been the terrible customer service when placing the order. Non-caring and just wanted to ring up as quickly as possible... not to mention the long wait compared to other BK locations.
