Tried to enter to order but doors locked, sign said to order online & go thru drive thru to pick up. I did. My order was incorrect but I didn't know until I got home. Extremely disappointed. I left a message but no one reached out. Losing customers and it seems they don't care.

Would give zero stars if I could. Register problem when trying to pay and had to wait 15 minutes, had to place an online order just to eat. Paid for a drink and they didn’t have Diet Coke in service and I asked them 3 times to fill it and they just kept saying “we are working on it” after the 4th time I asked they told me they were out of the syrup… why would you not tell me and let me sit there and wait for something “you were working on” lastly, found 3 hairs in my food. Horrible service. I totally understands things happen, but how a store reacts to those things is what matters and these employees INCLUDING THE GENERAL MANAGER were all rude. There’s a reason people like you are working at chipotle that late in life.

Terrible service. Placed an online order for pickup and they had a sign that you had to go through the drive through to get it. Drive through took 20 minutes to even get up to the window, past the pickup time. Food was then cold and sitting there.

Probably the worst chipotle I've been to so far. It's a mess and food was all over as they were serving it. Definitely not sanitary. There was no napkins and when asked an employee refused to add more despite being right next to the supplies.You're better off eating somewhere else. Stay safe.

This location has been spot on with my food. However yesterday I was so disappointed on many levels. I spent almost 18 bucks for a burrito bowl, chips/guac, and pop. The portions weren’t worth the almost 18 bucks I spent. The guac wasn’t filled to the top, fountain pop wasn’t filled up. Also I requested fajita veggies but got maybe five veggies in total. I just don’t get it. Was someone mad that day and wanted to skimp on portions? I understand we are in difficult times but dang. I came here a few times and this was the first time I felt like I got ripped off. Do better.
I was helped by Ronnie and it really made my experience. He’s very friendly and attentive to his job. Say hi to him whenever you go in!

Been goin to the chipotlane here for years. First time with BOTH terrible food portions (3 wrinkly leaves for a new item salad bowl and what looks like 2 oz of barbacoa stretched out for a burrito)4:50 pm on a Wednesday in an empty chipotLANE and telling staff at window orders name and how many items but instead he continues to stress “whats ur real name.. what about last name?”This location in Roseville makes Chipotle brand look beyond cheap. Happy New Years

I was looking forward to enjoying my chipotle burrito after a long day and to my dismay when I open my burrito it's a little piece of crap. Comparable to a chicken nugget. I ate it in 4 bites. For the record i have average sized hands.
