Staff were nice and helpful however the 3 blizzards I purchased were not stiff, more like a Wendy’s frostee in consistency. They didn’t flip any of them over cuz they couldn’t.

The mix or machines for soft serve are messed up or something. Got a dipped cone and in the time it took to park the ice cream was pouring out of it. It's not even hot out--73°. What a waste.

Please, we are paying $5+ for a shake, take another minute and blend the damn thing. It's gross when a bunch of concentrated orange flavoring comes up thru the straw. Response: Share more information? Like instructions how much time to mix a shake?

Was very upset about this situation me & my friend came through the drive thru but since we both had coupons Justin said we couldn't use she had her own coupon Was paying with cash i had my own coupon & used my card Justin took 1 order in the drive thru then made us come in cause he said 1 coupon per car that made no sense everytime he works it's always a problem I shouldn't have to go to a different dairy queen very upset about this situation

It's small, it's a decent place to stop by for a QUICK SNACK (not a whole ass dairy aisle.) The place is run by mostly youth so that the owner can save money, they're cool and understandable people now that the last ghetto ass staff was fired. (Creeps frequent this place too.) The place is pretty pricey to buy from and it's better to go if there are promotional events or you use the app.
Parking: Do not have sex in the parking lot. Do not pee in the parking lot. Do not break up with your bish in the parking lot. Do not have loud arguments in the parking lot. Do not blast underground music in the parking lot. Do not compliment the parking lot. Do not take a nap in the parking lot. Do not order the Sloppy toppy Blizzard.
Kid-friendliness: The place is run by mostly young folks, most still in high school. Beware of creeps though.
