Nepali Kitchen & Bar is an incredibly tasty, lowkey restaurant that many discover by chance. Customers order momos, biryani, curries, chicken thali, Nepali thali, chicken thukpa, goat biryani, and mango lassis. The food is flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The Nepali thali feels authentic, like in Nepal itself. The chicken thukpa was not too bad, and the goat biryani was phenomenal, even without raitha. The service is great, friendly, and attentive. The staff are wonderful folks, run the place like a family, and are happy to make extra raitha if asked. The atmosphere is traditional Nepali/Bhutanese/Tibetan and even Indian. People who work there are hanging out at another table, and half of the bathroom is out of order. The place looks a bit rundown, but the food hits and is top quality for a reasonable price. Many customers leave with a clean plate and recommend the restaurant highly.
