I’m very disappointed in the cake I received I asked for a specific cake that clearly could be done (they had the lettering in the freezer) and I receive a a botch job. I’ve tried to talk to the Managers (who said I have to talk to the gm) so I’ve requested 4 different times to receive a call from them and have gone in and nothing but the run around. What’s worse is the employees even saying it was ugly. I’m dumb founded that they thought this cake was okay. I ordered it 2 days in advance it was just lettering…. Here’s what I received for and what I asked for….

I ordered a chicken strip basket and they didn't have the gravy so I requested ranch, 2 pretty common dips and they had neither, when I got back to work to eat my food there was very little fries. The funny thing is when I asked about the dips the guy was giggling, I mean mean for real? Are you frickin high?

I tried to resolve this issue with the store manager but sense phones are never answered I had to go to corporate. I ordered a cake a week in advance, and when I got there it wasn’t ready and we were so excited for it. My partners first birthday with our baby, and I feel like that ruined it. I’m more than happy to provide the receipt as well. Yes I got another cake in the freezer but it was ugly and not what I ordered a week in advance. If it wasn’t for my partner wanting a cake then and now so we could make dinner I would’ve went somewhere else and picked up a cake

They mixed up the order despite us stating the order (double fudge cookie dough) 2 times and ended up with a large vanilla with about 3 cookie dough chunks. Been looking forward to this ice cream all day only just to be disappointed. A girls gotta have her chocolate, without it, you're left with a manic woman.

As someone who deals with customers all day on the phone and tries to be kind, I was surprised the customer service I got here. I asked for a kid’s cone in a cup so it wouldn’t spill and a chocolate shake with whipped cream. When they didn’t give me the cone in the cup, I asked for the cup please and the cashier seemed irked. He said he forgot and I assured it was OK. Then when he asked if I wanted whipped cream I gave a thumbs up and said yes please. I sometimes speak softly, so just was trying to be clear, but could’ve came off as passive aggressive to him? He proceeded to put a very small quarter size of whipped cream on the shake. Just got bad, annoyed vibes. Sorry if I put him off clarifying my order? This has happened twice at this location where I feel like they are super annoyed.

Horrible customer service. If you’re going here expect to wait 20+ mins for your ice cream. Slow service and management was super unfriendly :(

This location has poor customer service they definitely need to train these young teenagers better. Called to see if they had any extra strawberry cheesecake blizzard cakes. I was told they had some left over, drove over just to find out they don't even make it! I just decided to buy a regular cake instead and the cashier didn't offer to write anything on the cake, had to ask her to write Happy birthday and didn't even give me bag. Whoever manages this DQ, please train your young employees better. If I could rate it zero I would! You have been WARNED!

For a small Dairy Queen, with plenty of staff, they get overwhelmed easily. We live close by, and I always regret giving this location additional chances. Certainly a place I am uncertain I will get all of my order.

Service was slow and there weren't a lot of customers. Staff was uncaring and a little mean. All we ordered were two blizzards that were very runny.

Came in around 830pm. There was 11 people in front of me but the line moved pretty quick. By 8:37pm it was my turn. I grabbed a cake from the freezer and asked the man who was ringing people up if he can write Congrats Reena. He seemed very confused & he said they’re busy & then I looked confused so he went to ask the lady with the long blonde ponytail taking drive thru orders. The way she answered she was annoyed & rude. Looks like a manager. Doesn’t deserve to be one with her attitude. He came back & said he can’t cause they’re busy. So one person can’t step away real quick to go write some letters on a cake. I find that hard to believe. I’ve worked in many busy days of the food service & I never deny people because it’s the customer or guest that’s suppose to be taken care of. Busy or not, it’s part of the job. I’ve never heard of a Dairy Queen where they can’t do that for you. Maybe it’s because I was the only person there with darker skin. That’s what my friend said when I got back to the car & I wouldn’t doubt it. I looked like a complete idiot putting the cake back with all the people behind me staring at me. You guys don’t know what people go through & that made everything 10 times worse for me. Overall terrible customer service & the way things were handled was terrible. I will not be returning here & I will be telling everyone to steer clear because you guys are racist & treat your customers poorly.
