As someone who deals with customers all day on the phone and tries to be kind, I was surprised the customer service I got here. I asked for a kid’s cone in a cup so it wouldn’t spill and a chocolate shake with whipped cream. When they didn’t give me the cone in the cup, I asked for the cup please and the cashier seemed irked. For a small Dairy Queen, with plenty of staff, they get overwhelmed easily. We live close by, and I always regret giving this location additional chances. Certainly a place I am uncertain I will get all of my order.

Howdy, partner! I recently stopped by the original Dairy Queen in Roseville, MN, and let me tell ya, it was a real treat. The menu selection had a great variety of classic ice cream treats to choose from, and everything was downright delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a charming decor that made for a great dining experience.
