The restaurant had a clean, bright, modern feel. There was plenty of seating. The proprietors were attentive and pleasant. We were wanting for nothing.
The takoyaki was delicious. The mochi ice cream was also good. It tasted fresh and was not hard on the outside. The char siu ramen was good but not quite as good as we had when we went to LA. The noodles were firmer than I preferred, but overall it was impressive for Minnesotan Japanese food.
I was a first timer and now I am a life timer! Great food! Great service! Our server Eric was great-helped me with my menu selection! As a very picky eater I was worried...but I loved it!!
My husband and I have been on the hunt for good, authentic ramen in the twin cities. We definitely found it here.
The ramen is absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor, even the milder Niku Soba that I ordered. The pork belly practically melted in my mouth. The portion sizes are larger but not so big you can’t finish.
We also had the Takoyaki which was very yummy and the fried chicken bun which neither of us had tried before, it was also delicious (and very glutenous!).
