This location is completely incompetent. Your Thursday night manager should be fired. Two weeks ago I went and asked for a pretzel crust pizza and was told it was special order when your commercial clearly states hot and ready 4 to 8 PM. Last week I called ahead and ordered the same pizza and was told 10 to 15 minutes to pick up. I went there 20 minutes later and still waited another 15 minutes.
