We were held up at Noodles for about 30–40 minutes due to a severe thunderstorm, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. The manager was especially thoughtful and even gave us a discount on our meal. They also handled a food allergy with great care, making sure to clarify it was an allergy and not just a preference. Really appreciated the kindness and attention to detail—thank you!

3.75 overall. Not bad, but not great. The customer service at the front was good. Could have been better though, because they forgot our Korean meatsballs until I let them know. We asked for no cheese at all on the spaghetti and meatballs, but it had lots of cheese on it. We kindly ask them to do a new bowl, and they did without question.
