“Mice and fruit flies at this location. My soda had a fruit fly in it. Mouse ran across the floor. Staff and manager laughed. One stated their are everywhere in the building. The mouse ran off and this was ok. NEVER EAT HERE AND CLOSE THIS LOCATION“

“As a Japanese person who is born and raised in Japan, this restaurant is the most authentic Japanese restaurant in Minnesota. Since I started to live in Minnesota, I had struggled to find good Japanese restaurants that satisfy my tongue. However, this restaurant really changed my life in Minnesota. The food, service, atmosphere, everything is amazing and perfect here. The price is really affordable for broke international students like me. Location is also very good.
I deeply appreciate this restaurant. Without Kinzo udon, I couldn’t survive in Minnesota.“

“I’ve been here three times already and it never misses. Huge shout-out to their lamb sandwiches and of course, the handmade noodles. I’ve tried a few types, but the extra-thin ones in their soups are my favorite. Everything I’ve had so far has been great, full of flavor, and made with care. This place really fills a gap for something like this in Minneapolis, and I’m so happy to have it so close to home!“

“MY FAVORITE CHINESE PLACE! THE VEGETABLE LO MEIN IS FANTASTIC WITH BABY BOK CHOY, ASPARAGUS, CARROTS, BROCCOLI, ETC.! AND THE SESAME BALLS ARE SO YUMMY!!! I GET THIS EVERY SUNDAY! They do not have a side of white rice so I make my own at home…but giving it a solid 4 out of 5 stars for that reason - always have rice on hand!“

“After a disappointing first impression at another nearby restaurant, I decided to try this chain, as they are not local to my home city. I ordered Pad Thai with a side of their “world-famous Mac & cheese,” and their take on a Rice Krispy treat for dessert. All were very delicious and flavorful. “There is a shelf near the ordering counter that I’m guessing was built for online order pick ups. People tend to take bags that aren’t there’s so it makes sense this store has stopped using it, but it would be extremely helpful to put up a sign above the shelf that says you need to check in at the counter for pick up orders. I’ve never been to this store so I didn’t know I had to, I waited an extremely long time waiting for my order to be placed on the shelf before I overheard someone else walk right up and get their order right away.“

“Received a wrong order in my bag (had correct receipt though) when I ordered from door dash. I called the store and they were more than willing to correct the problem and were polite about it despite being very busy (I could hear how much was going on in the background when I called!). I was willing to drive there to get my correct order and they took care of it right away. Kudos to the workers! Always amazing food and received great service today.“

She asked someone who walked up “what do you need?” Not “Hello” not “How can I help you?” As if this person was a bother to her….a paying customer…. She obviously hates her job.“
