This chain, like many, instructs their employees to treat door dash orders like some kind of personal insult to them. They make the door dash order as horribly as they can. No sauces, barley any meat... I travel for work, come back to my hotel and just want some food. What's your problem? Why do you enjoy making people unhappy? Why do you want to enrage your customers and make the NEVER want to come back. Ever. Ever again?!?!!?!

2/15/26 @ 9pm. We were 1st in line on a fairly quiet evening. Ordered 4 Plates. 3 with rice & 1 with Lo Mein. Had to wait since they had only a bit of stir fried rice & lo mein & not enough to fill our order. 6 people behind us got their food before we finally got our orders 25 minutes later. Came home just to learn that the dude mixed the rice & lo mein together for all plates. The bearded guy (also running the register) fulfilled our order. What an idiot. My kids don’t like the Lo Mein so that was annoying as heck!!!

Panda Express is just so reliably tasty and having the greens as a side is one of my favorite healthy tricks. The grandkids and kids love the fried chicken entrees and I love the grilled and all the freshly cooked goodness. Consistency between locations is also something that has me rating Panda Express 5 stars for Chinese American cuisine.

Worker physically pushed me out of the way because they didn’t see my order that was sitting in front of them got order re made after being ignored for 20 plus minutes the same lady looked me in my face and sat my order in the queue never notifying me they finally had it ready after a total of 30 minutes trying to tell me they didn’t have my order the same way this is your job to make way for your family this is ours and when you guys do not respect us as people just trying to do their job that’s an issue I was treated as if my job was not important and I don’t appreciate that the two woman working 1/13/26 around 5pm had very hostile attitudes as if I was irritating them and I didn’t matter when all I was trying to do was my job off you are not able to handle door dash orders you shouldn’t accept them

The drive through at this restaurant is interesting. They have joined the bandwagon of automated greetings when you drive up to the speaker box. So the current verbiage used by the automated system suggests that when they're done talking, you should begin speaking your order. Every time I have gone to this restaurant I let the automated system finish. I speak my order and then someone from inside. The source says, oh, hold on, i'm helping someone right now. Get it together, panda either modify the automation or work it as designed. What are some panda R never easy? Because you have to tell them your starch and your entrees, as well as any other special unique items that you want. So it's a mouthful, if you aren't ready for me don't let the machine tell me to tell it my order just for you to come back and say, oh, i'm sorry, i'm not ready. Can you repeat it again?

I got my food and sat down. I was in the middle of eating it and all of a sudden I looked over and there was a Worker spraying cleaner by the food. I lost my appetite right away and threw the rest of my food away. That was like $13 just down the drain and then I told the manager and the manager at the time. Oh I can remake your plate. No, I’m good. I just will never come back to this one again.
