Ordered from the app and showed up. Showed order was ready, though a delay was happening. Waited about 15 minutes since arrival, to make up for it the manager gave me a few extra's. I don't mind the extra wait when it got made up. Great crew, great care, food was great as well!

I would give a zero star in this review if I can. We ordered our food and we're told to wait for 7 minutes because they ran out. We waited for the food and when it came out from the kitchen, they gave it to other customers who came after us. We went up and asked about our order and they said there will be another 5 minutes wait time. We literally watched them dish out the food that just came out from the kitchen and served it to other people who came after us. This was terrible service. We waited for our order for a total of 25 minutes at this supposedly fast service restaurant. What a shame for Panda Express. Your customer service was very poor.

I usually like this panda express. But I got like 6 pieces of chicken with the bowl I paid $10 for. That's insane.
Communication here is bad. They don’t listen and don’t communicate back to you.

Didn’t much care for the Bourbon Spicy Chicken due to the chicken was coated and fried. The mushroom chicken was great.

The people are friendly, but they take way too long to get your order. It took 30 minutes for them to give me my order even though it was already bagged and ready.

I’ve worked at a panda before so I know how it works came in on Monday October 14th at 8:35 pm wanted a premium entree and chow mein both looked dry and inedible and if I’m gonna pay for a premium entree I don’t want it to be 3-4 hours old asked it to be made to order they said they weren’t doing that when it was over an hour til they closed the rest of the staff just ignored the interaction I’m sure this is the same kind of Panda Express that fakes their temp logs so I would avoid eating here unless you want food poisoning from lazy workers if I don’t hear back from a manager for this review I will be contacting them myself and corporate as well I can’t imagine the amount of profits this store is losing over lazy people getting paid to not do their job

The food was quite good, considering it is fast food. The only issue was that they were out of several dishes. Unless you were willing to wait, you selected food that may not be your choice but was available.
The restaurant itself was quite dirty. (Food and mess on floors, tables, etc)

I have went to this location multiple times and usually get good quality food but not today. For lunch I stopped by for a 2 plate combo that included chow mein, Beijing beef and the new blazing bourbon chicken. Unfortunately the peppers in the bourbon chicken was burnt to a crisp giving thee entire entrée a bad taste. I understand this location is always busy but serving burnt food to paying rewards customers is unacceptable.

The Roseville location is my least favorite. I keep trying to give it a chance because of location…but multiple times they are out of main item like white rice or teriyaki sauce, or even food containers….im just going to drive to West St Paul location as I was doing before this one opened. SMH.

Do NOT do online orders from this location! It’s like you guys get rid of all the old crap in the case that’s about to go in the trash on online orders. The amount of beef in the beef and Broccoli compared to broccoli is laughable I can’t believe Somebody actually put that on a plate you can also tell there was part of an old batch in there too because I had some soggy broccoli and some rock hard broccoli. Same with the honey sesame chicken and the Beijing beef (didn’t even bother filling the container either) old, cold, not much meat. And it’s just so sloppy just throw in the box. I KNOW if I had come in I would have left satisfied and received great food. But because it’s an online order I get what should have hit the trash can. Waste of money for sure
