“I want to give a shoutout to Henry because he was the best Starbucks employee I’ve ever delt with. He was so professional, funny, and kind. Very good customer service. I also overheard a very rude and arrogant customer arguing with a worker through the drive through and whoever the worker was, was extremely professional and just tried to deescalate the situation when someone was blatantly being so rude for no reason. I will be back to this Starbucks forsure!“

I don't know which barista is responsible, but I've had three pumpkin spice lattes from this location solely because they are PERFECT every time. They taste good at other locations, but this one is notably smoother and has a perfectly balanced ratio of each ingredient.
Very convenient drive-thru, and the queue moves quickly. Great staff!“

“Used mobile order while I walked to Macy’s from the other end of the mall. Arrived at the same time as two other customers, let the barista know my name and that I had placed a mobile order and my order was taken care of first. All businesses are short-staffed and there is a sign out front declaring that they need more help. Even with the 1 barista working, I still had a good experience. Eye-contact, friendly, and wished me a good day!“

“Robin is always a delight when I come in for my coffee. Today, she seemed to have been working alone with a long line. She was kind, courteous, and calm as she took our orders and provided us breakfast. Thank you Robin for being a superstar!“
