I place my orders using the Starbucks app and they are still unable to get my order right. I bought coffee Friday, which I had to tell them was incorrect, while they made it again. Then, the following Monday, I ordered the same thing I always order, and it was incorrect. The barista made it again and it was still incorrect. Honestly, I’d give them 0 stars if that were allowed. I brought the coffee back into the store and requested a refund, which I still have not received. I actually reordered my drink at the Starbucks located on Fairview avenue, which was correct, the first time. I had previously used this Starbucks because it was easy for me to get to on my way to work. In the future, I will go out of my way for a Starbucks that does not mess up my order repeatedly. For the record, my order is a Trenta cold brew coffee with cream and 8 pumps of caramel syrup, no ice.

The worse starbucks I've ever been to. I ordered a drink with no ice as there is a coupon to get 2 drinks for $10 so I would save one for later. Both drinks were made with ice the ice was then mostly scooped out the barista threw the spoon she was using to scoop out the ice all while muttering under her breath and I was after then acknowledged with a "what's your name" nothing else said to me and my drink still has ice it in. The worst starbucks I've ever been to.
