I was disappointed with HOT Mess Melt. First, the onion were not caramelized and the beef had no flavor and tasted like its need sitting in water all day. It definitely did not look like the picture on the website. Total disappointment and a waste of money.

Great flavor brisket melt $14, skimpy on the meat (nothing like the pictures), very toasty and buttery. Sent me a small cup of soda with no ice for $3. Overall pricey but hit the spot for a 2am snack.

$7 kids sized turkey melt, neither was melted, no grill on the bread. Adult sandwich not much better for double the price. All bread. Fries were fine.
I don't order out much but when I do its usually to places I know. But this morning was different. After scrolling through the Uber eats App I decided to try "The Meltdown" and I'm glad I did. I don't normally go out of my way to comment on my orders but I ain't kidding when I say it's probably in the top 5 most delicious damn sammiches I've had. Outstanding job! Customer for life! Thanks for being available at 6am also! Ur not gunna find that often. Thanks Meltdown
