Their bubble waffles were amazing! I got the Oreo one and it is amazing I truly loved it, the yin and yang is always a hit and never a miss I love it so much and Im glad they added many options for your specific boba tea, I am amazed and love everything about this boba shop it's truly a heart warming place. Super cozy and fun one of my favorite boba places ever.

Tii Cup in Roseville is such a cute place — clean, cozy, and great vibes. They have self-ordering kiosks, which makes the experience super easy and efficient. And hands down, it’s the best place for boba tea around! Always fresh, flavorful, and fun. A must-visit if you're a boba lover!

Order via kiosk or by the register with a live employee. Be wary though sometimes the line can get pretty long.
There are a good handful of small seating available but sometimes it can be pretty packed too. Cute decor & vibes though.
