I try to give this location a chance whenever I can. And it comes back to bite me more often than not.
It's amazing to me that even when ordering the food online you'll still somehow wait 20 minutes after the pickup time. I could understand if I was putting in a huge or complex order, but my kid likes his food plain. Two buns, a patty and maybe some cheese if he's feeling adventurous.
We ordered online, get there and still wait while the drive-thru people are served and two people who showed up after us get their food. And then they still don't even include everything. Three things in the meal and they still forget one of them..
Driving from Rush City to the North Branch Burger King and back would actually probably take less time. And I practically live right next door to this location.
I don't like giving a bad review here. But I shouldn't have to drive to a different town to get BK when there's one in this town.

Wish we could give our experience visiting the Burger King in Rush City, MN today zero stars. Ordered our food and we were told to drive around to wait at the back of the building by the dumpsters. After 30 minutes I walked around the building to ask where our order was. The location was completely empty and the employee at the register was dancing. Another employee stated that she forgot that we were waiting outside. I asked for a refund and the employee tried to get me to wait more time for our food. Customer service was terrible and we will never stop there again.
