Went to the Rush Ciy,Mn. Burger King and had to wait for 25 min. for food to be brought out and then it was cold. Will never go back.

Food comes out hot and fresh but condiments are extra and they don't put them in to begin with. Ordered 8 piece chicken fries and asked for an extra ranch, was told it would be extra, ended up not even having one in the bag to begin with.

As off 3/23/25 8:37 pm weather was bad and I get inside the store ordered my drink as that Burger King employee ask me to live out off the store they didn’t allow truck driver to stay inside so I need to get out I was the only person inside Burger King and it was snowing outside and cold and I went to my truck I just want to semi truck driver to put that in mind that …
I went inside to order because my son and his friend wanted me to pick them up some lunch, it took about 5 minutes before someone from the back acknowledged that I was standing up front. The first employee to show themselves was a scummy looking male employee, behind him was a female wiping her mouth off with a grin on her face the male employee also had a snarky grin on his face and then a couple minutes later another non-professional looking female employee showed herself. Just makes me wonder what they were doing in the back room instead of acknowledging customers walking into the store. The employees at this Burger King are hideous.

I don't like giving negative reviews. I ordered 2 honey mustard chicken wraps. Both came with way to much sauce. Like a half a chicken strip on each. When I went to pay, I told her I have 2 forms a payment we can do 6$ on the card and I can pay the rest in cash. Card declined because she put the whole amount on. Kind of a sketchy vibe here. I think they could do better. Like put a whole chicken strip on each wrap in stead of a half. No napkins in the bag . I guess it's burger king not red lobster. You get what you pay for.

Always excellent service and very polite. As a truck driver we don't have time to wait and they were extremely quick and helpful. The kitchen guy was excellent at his job and food is always good. The cashier was helpful and polite. Always worth the stop.
