I absolutely loved my trip here. I’ve been trying to find the Tobies (Hinkley) sugar cookies that are frosted elsewhere because they stopped making them but their sugar cookie here is almost an exact replica. I bit into my frosted sugar cookie and almost cried. The cupcakes were pretty good, I wasn’t a fan of the Andy mint frosting due to the type of frosting being whipped versus buttercream. My husband really enjoyed his cookie and we can’t wait to come back. They also offer a cool variety of drinks.

Delicious! Friendly staff. Great bakery, not many left like this the general area. Pro tip, stop here and skip the "famous" cinnamon roll joint further north on the freeway. Or do both and compare- you'll learn why the suggestion was to skip that other place- rhymes with Robie's.

My husband and I had Rush City Bakery do our wedding cake and desserts for our October wedding and they were absolutely delicious. We had so many compliments on the cake, not too sweet at all, just really tasty. Meg did a fantastic job with decorating them and delivering them on time as well. I have bought a pecan and pumpkin pie here for the last 2 years for Thanksgiving. Generally I would not even eat either—not my favorite, but omg these are the BEST pies! My family always raves about them. Buttery, flavorful, nutty goodness! See ya next year, and probably every time I pass through for a donut! :)

Meg and the staff at Rush City Bakery are incredible to work with! The ordering process for our event was easy. The desserts were absolutely delicious!! We ordered trays of the mini dessert assortment and the variety was so fun- a mix of chocolate, non-chocolate, and fruit based flavors. The biggest hits were the cannolis, lemon tartlets, and chocolate bundlets (completely gone by the end of the night!) and the mini cheesecakes. No one could pick a favorite though! We’ve gotten many different treats from Rush City Bakery over the years and will continue to go there again and again!
We are new to the area and have been looking for a new donut shop. We stumbled upon this bakery and could not be any happier. The donuts are HUGE but more importantly are delicious. Definitely will be going back for more. Staff was patient as we selected all the different donuts we wanted.

Love love love - this is our favorite bakery. I've been ordering birthday cakes for my kids from RCB for 4 years now and I swear each year it just keeps getting better. The cake is always moist (I know everyone's favorite word) and dense but not too dense - you know what I mean? The frosting isn't too sweet - I don't know you guys it's just really good cake. They also have the best old fashioned donuts that melt in your mouth and the cupcakes - ya know just everything is good, If you're heading up north just be sure to pit stop here - forget about Tobias that's old news

Rush City Bakery made the cupcakes and wedding cake for my daughter's wedding in Duluth. The cake was delicious, but the cupcakes were the highlight of the evening. People raved about the flavors, the frosting, and moist cake. It was definitely worth it driving to get these cupcakes and cake. We grabbed a glazed donut while picking up the cake. Melt in your mouth deliciousness and the coffee was perfect. Definitely stop on your way up to the North Shore or order your party cakes from here. Perfection!

Past weekend October 7th 2023 my daughter and now son in-law had their wedding, the wedding cake and all the desserts which were gluten free came in from Rush City MN Bakery. They did an awesome job everything was delicious, and I would recommend them to everyone. Everyone of the guests loved the desserts and of course the beautiful wedding cake.
