Staff is very rude they only care about visiting with each other sometimes have to return food to get made correctly. I’ve been there many times food burgers cheese curds onion rings are good. Wouldn’t get waste money on ice cream.

I was in the St Charles location late Saturday 11/11/2023 evening around 7:45. The crew was cleaning up, getting ready to close when I came in and asked if they were still talking orders. Of course they said. I ordered the (Swiss Onions Melt) I believe it was called. Seriously, this had to be the Best Burger I have ever tasted. This, along with the excellent cheerful service, made this a very memorable experience. I stop in at this location almost every weekend in my travels from Owatonna to Whitehall WI. I have Never had a sub-par experience. Thank your crew for all that they do. Let them know that their service never goes unnoticed. Keep up the great work!Tony from Owatonna
All the times I have gone to A & W got a root beer it always came with out ice. I was shocked to have ice in my room beer. They also forgot my fries. Don't plan on returning to this

This is inside a gas station. Service was good. It was off the highway a bit, but nothing on highway that was grab-and-go, so we drove a bit out of the way. A&W quality of food that we were expecting.
