this place is worth the drive! We were hiking at the nearby Whitewater State Park and tried this place. This might be the first restaurant that me, my wife and both kids loved. My kid had a burger(really well seasoned), my wifre and I shared a mexican dish. 100% reccomend. I live three hours away or else we would be regulars. Clean place, friendly staff, awesome food.
Me and my friend were there Thursday evening for the 1st time. My meal was very good and filling. I liked the cozy atmosphere.
We ate here for the first time on Friday after our grandsons baseball game. Found the food to be wonderful with great variety. American and traditional Mexican food. Great service. We have added Genesis to our list of favorites.😃

Genesis Restaurant offers a nice vibe with a mix of American and Mexican dishes. The employees are friendly, and the food is delicious, fresh, and authentic. Customers can enjoy sitting outside at the picnic tables and the great selection of ice cream, which has a decent variety of flavors. The kid-friendly menu offers smaller portions and tasty treats, and the portions are very generous. They also provide quick service, complimentary chips, and easy online ordering for takeout. The inside is clean and cozy, with a diner-ish atmosphere, and the owner cares deeply about the quality of his product. The carnitas quesadilla and curizo supremo burrito are standout dishes. The remodeled space, once an old service station, adds to the charm, and parking is convenient. It’s a hidden gem with easy wheelchair access to the building and bathroom.
