In the past we had hit or miss experiences with the St charles subway location. We got lunch yesterday and we were very impressed with the service and quality of the sandwiches. I got the new #5 which had this delicious tomato parmesan vinaigrette and fresh mozzarella. Since their rebrand this store seems to be doing awesome. Very good experience!

Although the food is great, the service is TERRIBLE. Whenever we go into the store, the workers seem like they don't want to be there, and do the bare minimum. We were using a gift card (this was a brand new card), but the machine wasn't reading it. All the workers would do it is say oh it doesn't work, and continued to tell us the price without attempting to try other ways to process the card. Very unimpressed with how the Workers handle the building.
