Foods okay but the waitress has an attitude, the one with tattoos on her arm and a lip piercing. She is so nice to Elderly people but anytime we have come in (and not just us, any younger people) she is grumpy towards us and has a rudeness to her. Example: My son orders tater tots, we all heard him at the table say this. She came out with fries and when we said that he asked for tots, she doesn't apologize or anything. She goes "well I heard fries".... I still gave her a tip.. Won't come back anymore. She needs to learn some kindness, because you never know what is going on in someone's life and that rudeness toward someone could be their tipping point. Be kind <3

This quaint little cafe is different. Looks dated and well loved at first but once you sit down and take in the atmosphere it grows on you fast. I ordered blueberry pancakes and bacon. The pancakes are your typical mid west HUGE but so was the flavor. They use sweet cream to make the batter and it made the difference. The bacon has a lot of flavor. This place is on my recommendation list for sure. Pat was my server. . She was friendly and efficient.

As always great service just like mom's home cooking from a small town cafe! Cheaper then local fast food joints. Clean restrooms and cozy atmosphere. It's been 5+ years since I've been here and the food is still top notch. Can't go wrong with the daily specials, usually served in 10 minutes or less. Keep up the great work!

We stopped on our way home traveling I-90 and must say, it is our favorite! Worth the time to have a great meal. Very small town atmosphere. The waitresses are very direct and run a tight show :)
Parking: There is street parking in front and a free lot in back of the restaurant
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options. If they misbehave and you don't correct them; the waitresses will! Some of your kids need redirection!

Homestyle comfort food that isn't fancy but is cooked right and to order. The portions are generous, about 8 oz of steak (cooked accurately) in a breakfast with thick cut toast. It's reasonably priced and easy to sit right down.
Went for breakfast on a weekday. The restaurant was busy. The menu has a lot of variety and daily specials. I ordered the eggs benedict with hashbrowns, pancakes, bacon, cinnamon roll, and chicken noodle soup. The hollandaise sauce was great. The pancake was fluffy with crispy edges. The bacon was smokey. The cinnamon roll was delicious. The chicken noodle soup has homemade noodles. Took a while to get refills. Would visit again.
