Love's Truck Stop HardeesI stopped at 10:30 am and placed a breakfast order by giving the meal numbers. Found out when I was in my car and pulling away that there were burgers and fries in the bag when I expected breakfast sandwiches and tots. I figured simple mistake, the wrong bag was given to me.When I returned the meal the shift manger explained the screen I ordered from is broke and will not change to the lunch menu and she forgot to tell the young lady who took my order that it was stuck. OK. Still no problem, just make the items I requested. She tried to refund my money but I had left my purse in the car when I came back in so I requested the breakfast items again.She (shift manager) refused to make the breakfast items because it is after 10:30 and it is lunch. Fine! change it to Frisco burgers in which she stated I would have to pay the difference if more. The cost ended up being about $3 less than I paid so I added a shake. There was still change due me but I told her I didn't care, I am not going to get my purse as it was under 30° and blustering winds.I was willing to take the breakfast order without the refund of the $10 difference and the two younger workers had tried to satisfy my request but was told no by the manager. Because of the lack of understanding and willingness to compromise in the slightest from the manager on duty I have to give a low rating.

Visited on Friday, Jan.26. with my wife and son. The worst fast food we have ever had. Waited 30 min to get our food and by that time the food was cold and so grease soaked that the buns were wet and nasty. They claimed to have no chicken at all as well. Personal hygein of the employees was terrible. Nast greasy hair, not washing hands and no gloves in the front or back of the place were being worn. Will never go back to a Hardee's again as this was the worst place ever!
