This is a dandy little truck stop. Unfortunately, due to water run off, the restaurant is closed. According to Pops, the owner's Dad, some heavy rains got into the basement, where the restaurant is located. Of course, the insurance company refused to pay .How the insurance company justifies this withholding of a claim pay is not right. The place is NOT in a flood plain and thus, " flood insurance" is not required. I hope the owner will perhaps run this issue past a lawyer who...read full review
We travel through Minnesota often and always make Whitewater Travel Plaza in St. Charles one of our stops. Our favorites include a sit-down breakfast meal and cream cheese filled muffins to go! The staff is amazing, top notch customer service! Overall, a great experience every time!
