The atmosphere may be warm and inviting, but that’s where the positives end. The shrimp and scallop Alfredo I received was completely unacceptable. The sauce was so watered down it was practically a bowl of soup. When I asked the server to have it thickened, she refused and openly admitted that other customers had already complained about the exact same issue. That alone says everything about the kitchen’s standards.
When we asked for a manager, the situation became even more frustrating. The manager refused to swap the dish with something else and only agreed to fix it after I pushed the issue twice. The amount of resistance over such a basic request was unbelievable.
The entire interaction—from the refusal to fix a clearly flawed dish to the uncomfortable back-and-forth—made the experience feel disrespectful and dismissive. No restaurant that cares about its customers handles concerns this way. Despite the nice atmosphere, this visit was absolutely not worth it. *** The picture I provided is when they finally thickened the sauce up, I wish I had taken a before picture.

I just got done eating here- what a sorry place. Nothing is about Italian. Italians do not eat like this. Terrible terrible place-please do not come here. And this lady just not cut out to be any like of server, period. Sad, really……

Best Italian in the St Cloud Area! I have eaten here three times and I had consistently good service and food each time. 2 out of those 3 times was during peak hours and the place was full, yet we only waited about 15minutes to be seated. The waitress informed us at our last visit in August of 2025 that the place will be closing in 2026 or 2027 unless they find a buyer as the current owners cannot continue to own it. If that is true it saddens me =(

We have usually had a great experience eating there. We ordered online, they didn’t get our order right. I called and actually got sworn at. Good food, nice place, I won’t support the management. We will not be going back.
Fantastic meals for the 2 of us at a wonderful price. Even though the place was busy the service was still great and our drinks were always full. We will be coming back here many times!gʻ

Great food. A bit short staffed, worth the wait. We sat outside. Very nice patio but very loud. Unfortunate that noise ordinances are not enforced. Motorcycles and vehicles were purposely loud.
