Disappointed that with reservations we were put in the back room. A very loud party was there and not enjoyable. The mashed potatoes were cold and large chunks of potatoes in it but the waitress brought me new ones very quickly. She was very kind and accommodating. Will always come back

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, ok food, and friendly front-door staff. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the horrible service from our waitress, Avalon R. From the moment we arrived, her demeanor was noticeably unprofessional. She seemed very irritated and angry, didn’t smile once, and rolled her eyes as we tried to figure out what to eat. Most shockingly, she approached our table with a mouth full of food, which we found to be strange behavior from a waitress still on duty.
Edit: After seeing the owners response to other negative reviews including mine, it’s very clear they don’t know how to take accountability for where they go wrong with their service. Maybe take a crash course on proper customer service? Your establishment is incredibly unprofessional and I will not be returning.
Giving the 5 start to the service received by the Servers and cooks cause the owner did not care to dismiss us and treats staff very poorly.

Went for dinner, left after the terrible appetizers. I wouldn’t recommend going when it’s busy, their bathroom situation is limited. My only positive is my server Andrew was kind. Yeesh.
Edited for the reply! Customer service doesn’t seem to be the height of your concern or why my experience was bad so I’ll add details! I ordered the stuffed mushrooms which not only taste rancid but were on par with every cheap chain restaurant in the area. Calamari were the best thing on the table with their pool of grease at the bottom and we still only had half. The piece de resistance was the duck wontons that had wilted salad underneath. It was disgusting from the watered down lemonade to the sauce poured on the plate to elevate mushrooms.
The bathrooms are a one person at a time bathroom, people with certain disadvantages should know they have to wait for a one stall bathroom. Maybe there’s more I didn’t see in my short time there.
Work on how you address bad reviews instead of bullying people into saying kind things about a restaurant that panders mediocre food. I hope my context added enough detail to warrant my review for you, your weird response was telling.

As always the food was amazing but the service was subpar. We arrived around 8:20 pm about 40 minutes before the posted closing time. The host looked at the clock and then reluctantly sat us. We waited 15 minutes to get anyone to come to the table and greet us and get water and give us menus. They rushed us into ordering because the kitchen was closing. Not our fault it took you so long to come to our table. It wasn't busy. Then we were told we couldn't get bread either because bread service had ceased. Pretty disappointing. Guests should be given the same service until closing.
