I have been to Bo Diddley's, in St Joe, on numerous occasions. I don't know if I'll ever return again. My sandwich fell apart. The pita bread was thin and dry. The quality of the ham was poor as compared to previous visits. The group of employees behind the counter were loud. They were also joking around when one employee killed a fly over the area where they make the food. How unfortunate for the locals who live around here.

Split a ham and turkey sub with my wife. The food was divine. High quality and plentiful meats, great pickles and banana peppers, and (protip) we added sprouts. I will be pushing to grab a sandwich every time we go through St Joe's.
On 6/28/2025 When I walked in I was immediately greeted by workers who were eating behind the line, one walked back to the line and did not wash his hands after sitting with his friends and mentioned to them that he should go back and do his job. The entire place was unkept and the staff are unsanitary and unprofessional.

Apparently everything contains mayo even if the board doesn't say it. I wasn't offered a remake or refund. The staff is all teenage boys obsessed with losing their virginity and dining in leaves you smelling like onions for the rest of the day. Use to be better.
