Reason for 4 stars is we usually would always come in on a Sunday because they had kids eat free, but learning that the new manager didn't like this really put a downer on the mood. Sounds like the new manager is greedy for their profits rather than continuing something good they had going.“

“Walked in to order a couple subs for my children and I. The young lady I encountered when I walked in was professional and friendly. Other employees, seemed to be teenagers, we're outside smoking or something. She ran the store perfectly on her own. Overwhelmed at the time, busy place, but was still outstanding and did what needed to be done to provide costumers with what they wanted and needed. Only reason I mentioned the other employees is because the back door was open and you could see them. To the young lady working this evening, May 6 of 2022, you deserve a promotion or raise for your outstanding work, attention to detail, customer service, and overall great job under the pressure of multiple customers on your own. Mary Katherine was her name I believe she said when I asked. Cheers to you young lady for doing what needed to be done and setting a very positive and perfect example of what should be expected of costumer service anywhere.“

“Could not tell you how many Culver's burgers I've had over the years. No issues here. So, I ordered a double cheeseburger here. When I received my order I only had one patty on my burger. I went back in and vocalized my dispute. I then got a burger patty in a box. This was peculiar. I did however return to my vehicle and addedbthe second patty to my then single burger and thus didn't have any problems. Wasn't charged for the single patty in a box so, really, no harm-no foul. Won't keep me from returning. 🫡“

“Long story short, my card got declined due to fraud on my account (didn't know it at the time) and they gave me my food anyway. They didn't even tell me what happened, and proceeded to thank me for my business and sent me on my way. I didn't even realize what happened till today- a few days later- when I checked my account. When I came back to order lunch for my family they even remembered my order?! Awesome right? 👍 10/10 will recommend. The manager there along with the staff has been amazing, and with what happened on my first visit, I will definitely do my business here from now on!“

“Stopped by the Popeyes in St. Cloud with my family of six and had a great experience! The food was excellent and came out fast, and they didn’t miss a single extra we asked for—which is impressive with a larger order. Customer service was outstanding. Wheelchair accessibility: Looked like it was wheelchair accessible and handicap parking. Came at night time.“

“My friend and I went into this location Sunday the 9th. Johnnie was working. My friend and I had a couple issues, sort of those no ones fault issues. Johnnie remained calm, didn't get flustered, helped us, made us fantastic sandwiches and was super nice. Just so nice and refreshing this day in age. We were beyond pleased with our experience!“
