Karlee’s friendly attitude and excellent service truly made my visit enjoyable
The gentleman working tonight was really nice! The service was great and the food didn’t disappoint me at all, it was just him working and he did a really good job!
Subway is still subway no matter how many times they refresh themselves. The only thing new is how high their prices got. Still go to subway once in awhile. But not first choice.

Subway is a familiar choice for many, although some find the prices to be on the higher side. A recent visit to the Sartell location left a customer with mixed feelings. While the service from a gentleman was excellent and the food met expectations, a previous encounter with a different staff member was less pleasant. The worker, described as having black hair and a shirt saying "the beast," displayed unprofessional behavior by slamming items and giving off a negative vibe. Despite this, the kind service from the man working that night was a redeeming factor. Overall, Subway continues to serve its classic menu items, with experiences varying depending on the staff present at the time of visit.
