Food was bad. Not made properly or with care. This location is an example of why McDonalds is a dying brand. Good riddance.

Every time I go there, my order is always messed up. I wanted everything fresh to get cold food and the wrong burger and the burger made wrong. When you WORK IN FOOD INDUSTRY AND YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY. The manager, I don't know her name. I think it's Melanie? Im Not sure. But she hates that CUSTOMERS want their food right. She huffs, she puffs, she argue with you like you're wrong like she has the worst customer service I have ever seen a manager have at a establishmenr as big as McDonald's. Some people shouldn't work in the fast food industry. If it's not working FOR YOU change your profession!!!!!

Would give one star if i could. Blonde lady with barely any hair and a nose piercing was an absolutely prick. Terrible service. Got two drinks and asked for a receipt and she acted like it was the end of the world, scoffed, rolled her eyes, and slammed the window in our faces as we spoke. Truly embarassing.

Can you believe it? I walked into McDonald's at 4:45 PM on Sunday the 27th, and what happened next was absolutely astounding! It took a mind-boggling thirty minutes just to get my order – thirty minutes for fast food, can you imagine?! And why, you might ask? Because there was a single, solitary soul working the drive-through, while a mere two people were languishing in the back, presenting the very picture of operational disarray! This isn't an isolated incident either; it's a shocking decline that has been spiraling downwards over the last two years, and to even think of blaming COVID for this abysmal performance is simply preposterous! Honestly, the sheer incompetence on display is so beyond belief that either the manager or owner should be immediately terminated, or McDonald's should, with all due haste, remove their name from this utterly baffling establishment!

I didn’t catch her name but there is a young red hair woman that works there and she is so kind and positive she has complimented me twice sense I’ve been there and she made my day a little more bright

i got hair in my fries and they refused to fix it they also gave me a cheese burger with everything on it when i asked for plain and the receipt said plain. no attention to detail worst mcdonald’s in the area. also forgot sauce
Placed a mobile order while in the parking lot... it took over 5 minutes for them to even ask for my mobile app code. Waited over HALF AN HOUR (only because I already paid) to get two drinks (no straws) and two comped mcflurries to try to make up for it somehow. Then had to pull to the third window to continue to wait another 10 minutes for my food which ended up being incorrect anyway but I refused to wait any longer. They asked several times what my mobile app code and name was. In fact, a second person came to the window asking what was in my order. All they could say is they're sorry, everyone called in. I've continued to have unpleasant experiences at this location and give it another chance. This one takes the cake, I will not be back. Literally could have driven further to a different location and gotten my food correct and faster.
