Worker talk bad about the people ordering never get the right thing i order wait time on single item takes almost 10 minutes to get overall I would order at a different one

Ordered before person in front of me, they got food before me which I understande can depend on what was order, than I was told It will be a few minutes and than hear that same employee yell that it wasn't even done yet. Again I can understand and don't even mind that I had to wait. At any other place I would have got offered something for the long wait but no not here. Will be my last time going to this establishment.

Got a mchicken and it tasted like fish... it's not even lent... change your fryer oil more often and have a dedicated fryer for fish only.. some ppl don't like the taste of fish and some ppl are allergic to fish oil and the fryer oil at high temp doesn't cancel out the fish oil in the fryer

Food was cold, waited 17 minutes for food to come out, brought store manger and she told me it should not be cold. Excuse me I’m sorry but it is super cold. When they brought back my food again, they put it down in front of a family member aggressively saying nothing. Super rude, but clean. Don’t help customers.

My husband and I haven't been to a McDonalds in a long time. Poor quality food for the same price as a nice sit down restaurant. With the new $5 meals we attempted to go the ST. Joe location on Thursday night. We stood on an insanely greasy floor by the (what looked like a register) only to have a worker come out practically scolding us that we have to use the Kiosks. Put the kiosk where the register should go let's be real here. When you walk in you gravitate towards the register. I didn't even see the Kiosks. My parents wouldn't even know how to work a kiosk. Also i imagine that the Kiosks dont take cash. I hope nobody falls on those greasy floors. We went to Taco John's and walked in and the employees were amazing. It was very refreshing. Also who doesn't love Potato Oles and cheese.

I have had good luck coming to this McDonald's. The service and food are always very good here. I'm not sure I'm able to give McDonald's 5 stars, although they most likey deserve it, so 4 stars it is.
