Poor guy Ryder, he was working by himself. He acknowledged me when I came to the counter and said he'd be right with me. Phone ringing off the hook as he's trying to make coffee for others. I knew it would take a bit, but just the mere fact of acknowledging me is huge! Great customer service! Very friendly. Did not show any residue of being stressed. Made the perfect cup of coffee! This location is in a grocery store so it can get busy. Great job Ryder!
