The drive thru is not fast food any more. When using the app it always changes my order from drive through to counter.
Always understaffed, I try to avoid because many times closed due to not enough employees or service is extremely slow due to lack of employees. Had to wait 20mins for food. I ordered ahead of time via mobile app and it was a small order so it's unfortunate it takes this long. Several other people were also waiting for their mobile orders as well in the lobby.
Taylor is a rock star!! I was advised they would not be able to fulfill my online order and she went and made it for me personally. It was some of the best McDonald's I've had. She deserves a ton of positive recognition.
